Tampa Bay is a smaller city than Miami and draws less tourists, meaning that the area will be cheaper. Although there may be slightly fewer amenities and entertainment options in Tampa due to fewer tourism numbers, your stay in Tampa will likely be cheaper than visiting other Floridian cities.
